Baked fresh Atlantic Salmon lightly dusted in Cajun seasoning and served over our “Red Beans & Risotto”. We mix in some kale, and top it off with our house-smoked onion chutney. It’s Fall seafood at it’s best!

One of my new favorites! So good!
I was afraid the salmon would be overcooked with heating, but it was perfect! Placing another order for this tonight

The red beans and risotto with the kale and onion chutney stole the show from the salmon. While salmon was great, the whole dish together is what made it work.

Family raved about this one! Very generous portion — a 4-serving entree was large enough to feed our family of six.

The salmon was delicious, but my husband found the red beans & risotto to be too spicy.

I don’t understand how it comes out so moist and delicious after being cooked and then frozen – but regardless it’s delicious! The only problem is that it’s often out of stock… so I have to snag it while it’s available !

I think this one is my ABSOLUTE favorite dish out of all. The red beans and the risotto is a dish all on its own. The Salmon was the side dish. All in all will be ordering this one again as well.
