Greek Pork Tzatziki


Mediterranean style grilled pork tenderloin, marinated for 24 hours, served with Chef Colin’s “Plate Licking” Tzatziki Sauce. Paired with a delicious lemon and kale rice. It’s Summer on a plate!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely if frozen. Remove lid and wrap skewers in foil. Set skewers aside. Cover orzo with foil and bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes. Add chicken chicken skewers and cook an additional 15 minutes.
