Thaw completely if frozen. Remove plastic cover and recover with foil. Bake at 375°F for approximately 35-45 minutes.

We really enjoyed this dish, and would get it again. I’m usually not a big fan of enchiladas because of the corn tortillas. These were really good. I think they used flour tortillas, which may explain why I liked them!
