Such an amazing flavor. The veggies with it are the perfect accompaniment.

I wanted to give 5 stars...but, the pork needs a bit more pizazz flavor wise, so I am rating this 4 stars. Tender and delicious pork, but, it is missing something. I bought some cranberry chutney and put it on the pork...perfect!

The pork was very tender and succulent. I didn't care of the spices of rice and beans. It was a bit overly spiced for me.
