Beef Bulgogi

Only a little bok choy in proportion to rest of meal. I realize bok choy isn’t easy to wash but I crunched on grit in most bites of the vegetable. Not as flavorful as I hoped either.

This dish needs some sauce. It was dry and not very flavorful.

I did not like this this time . The meat was cut into big chunks and it was not flavorful .

We loved it!
