Black Eyed Pea Salad

This is SO good. It's a very simple salad and has the right balance of sweet/sour. I also appreciate that there are no raw onions or garlic in it. Will buy again.

It was yummy and I plan to get it again.

I bought a small container to try and after the first bite I wish I had gone with the large size. Healthy and really good. Definitely on my list for the next order.
