I bought a small container to try and after the first bite I wish I had gone with the large size. Healthy and really good. Definitely on my list for the next order.

This salad is a like delightfully refreshing summer take on Hoppin John.
The blend of peppers and onions with the peas are accented with a touch of
sweetness in a balanced vinaigrette dressing. Well done and delicious!

I love this dish so much but wish that chef put less sugar in it.
