It's not the heat, it's the humidity!
Coconut Shrimp Is Great!

The shrimp are large, tender and tasty. The sauce is good as well. The downside is the rice which doesn't seem to go with the shrimp. The dish could use another accompaniment.

So Yummy!

The Coconut Shrimp was just delicious and the sauce ws perfect. So glad we were lucky enough to get in on the fresh deal. It was a wonderful meal
