DD's Chicken Salad

Lunch staple

So I am not a foodie but I'm trying to keep an 87yo healthy with good simple food they will eat. Well this is about perfect. Basic flavorful and spreadable. Just the right amount of crunch and seasoning...and frankly I am am not a tarragon fan but the tarragon flavor is so mild it enhanced it for me rather than putting me off. This was my first purchase and I was back the next day buying 2 more containers.
