Herb Grilled Chicken Pesto

TO DIE FOR!!!! We thought the Braised Ribs were awesome, BUT so it the Chicken Pesto!!.

Excellent flavor. I cooked half the dish per instructions and found the chicken very dry. A day later I cooked the other half, but first sliced the chicken. Cooked the the potatoes for 35 min. and added the chicken for only the last 17 min. Much better.

We enjoyed this dish and ate every bite! Nice basil flavor, but not overwhelming. The potatoes were yummy as well
