Thaw completely if frozen. Remove plastic cover and recover with foil. Bake at 375°F for approximately 35-45 minutes.

spicy but good

The portions were appropriate for two and the taste was yummy. I think the corn tortillas degraded a bit with the freezing and it was a bit spicy for me, but my partner loved it.

Mexican Lasagna

We thought it was good however....the jalapeños made it way to hot. If you left out or greatly reduced the jalapeños then we could eat it. We were unable to finish this due to the heat level from the peppers. Due to the heat level we will not purchase this dish again. Other than the peppers all other ingredients were great.
