Signature Shrimp & Scallop Fricassee

The dish became two meals and even after that, there was some pasta left over which I added to soup. I did have to cook the meal longer than the instructions indicated, but that might have to do with the fact that I put my meal onto a cookie sheet. I would get this dish again.
