Swedish Meatballs

I had intended to serve these as an appetizer on Friday night and completely forgot. So, much to our surprise, we enjoyed them over a bed of rice as our main course on Saturday night. Paired with a nice salad, it appeared like I had fussed a great deal over dinner!

Loved this one! The sauce was very flavorful and the meatballs were moist. Perfect over rice! Will definitely buy again.
