Thaw completely if frozen. Remove plastic cover and recover with foil. Bake at 375°F for approximately 35-45 minutes.

Disappointed

We found the sauce for the chicken piccata to be flavorful but the chicken breasts themselves were dry and tough even though the heating directions were followed. The potatoes were an unexpected bonus.
